Phoenix is able to undertake risk assessments of adolescents and provide individual tailored programmes to reduce any risk that might be perceived.  We can also offer gate keeping services to various programmes from specialist foster care to residential programmes.  This is because the needs of young people are varied and sometimes complex. Whilst we have a service level agreement with Direct Care Ltd,  Phoenix recognises that this programme would not be suitable for everyone.

Phoenixhas level Service Agreements with Direct Care Ltd offering support and clinical intervention to its children’s homes.  We are able to undertake specific assessments and develop treatment programmes in order to reduce any risk that an adolescent is perceived to present to the community. Direct Care Limited

Direct Care Ltd provides residential care for vulnerable young people aged between 10 and 18 years old who display emotional and behavioural difficulties including inappropriate sexualised behaviours, substance abuse, offending behaviours, self-harm, challenging behaviour.  They are often victims of neglect, sexual, physical, emotional and psychological abuse and victims of trauma.

Direct Care Ltd offers support and inputs through mediums such as music, art, psychological assessment programmes, anger management programmes etc with structured programmes of education and activities individually tailored to meet young people’s needs.

Phoenix Consultants work directly with young people who are placed in Direct Care’s Homes by using our individually tailored Treatment Programmes and services in meeting the therapeutic needs of young people,  who are either perpetrators or victims of inappropriate sexualised behaviours, are aggresive and or violent, and those who self harm. More information about Direct Care Ltd is available at
