 Phoenix Forensic Consultants is a small independent organisation able to meet a variety of needs; providing individual experts for specific cases and, where necessary, teams that are able to meet complex institutional problems.

Because we are a small and flexible organisation we can often respond to requests very quickly, and provide reports etc within a short timescale. This is something that can be very useful with regard to Court timescales and in particular with regard to the needs of children and vulnerable adults.

The assessment of risk, and potentially treatment, of individuals, adults and adolescents, who are accused or are convicted of physical abuse, sexual abuse or neglect.  This includes those who may have abused either vulnerable adults or children within the context of their work or recreation activities.

The assessment and potentially treatment of partners who are related to the accused. This work is usually with regard to the ability to protect and adequately parent children thought to be at some level of risk.

The assessment of whole families where abuse has been an issue. Often in situations where there is concern regarding abuse within the wider family it is necessary to make an assessment of risk and ability to protect of the whole family.

Audit of computers  When individuals have misused computers and where there is concern about the level of risk that they might pose to children in particular, it can be useful to get a more accurate picture of computer usage than is currently available at prosecution.

Training Courses on a variety of subjects, often designed with a specific audience in mind. These training courses are normally carried out within the organisation requesting the training.
